Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Global Serasi GenAI, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Services
Global Serasi GenAI, LLC provides technology consulting services including:
- Platform development and software solutions
- AI integration and automation tools
- Go-to-market strategy and execution
- Technology consulting and advisory services
- Revenue generation solutions
Eligibility and Registration
Our services are available to businesses and individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate in good faith throughout the project
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Provide necessary access and resources
- Communicate project requirements clearly
- Respect intellectual property rights
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- Refunds are subject to individual agreement terms
Intellectual Property
Client IP
Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property and any work product specifically created for them under our service agreements.
Company IP
We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, tools, and general knowledge developed independently of client projects.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Serasi GenAI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware, United States.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
