We build your AI business

Turn ideas into
revenue

We work with founders from first sketch to first paying customer — building the platform, wiring in the AI, and running the launch. One team, one timeline, no handoffs.

Four things, done properly

Most agencies hand you a build and wish you luck. We stay on through the launch — and, if you need it, take the technical seat you haven't filled.

How we get paid

Pick whichever keeps our incentives closest to yours.

Compare the three
Subscription
A monthly retainer for the build and the team behind it.
Revenue share
A slice of what the product earns, paid only once it earns.
Fixed scope
One deliverable, one price, agreed before anything starts.
02About

A small team that ships

Serasi is a Delaware technology company. We work with founders who have an idea and a deadline, and we stay attached until the thing is live and earning.

A good idea is the cheap part. What decides whether it earns anything is the six months after it — the architecture choices you can't undo, the onboarding nobody tested, the channel you picked because it was the one you'd heard of.

We've done that stretch enough times to know where it goes wrong. So we take it on with you: we build the platform, put models to work on the parts of the operation that don't scale by hiring, and run the launch against numbers we agreed up front.

Being a registered Delaware company isn't a detail we mention for decoration. It means the contract, the IP assignment and the invoicing are boring and enforceable, which is exactly what you want when the product isn't.

How we work

01

We take the whole problem

Strategy, build and launch sit with one team. Nothing falls into the gap between a design file and a deploy.

02

Revenue is the deadline

A milestone that doesn't move you closer to a paying customer isn't a milestone. We plan backwards from the invoice.

03

AI where it pays

We use models on the work that actually costs you hours. Where a plain database query is better, we write the query.

04

Built to be handed over

Documented, tested, and yours. If you hire an in-house team next year, they inherit something they can read.

03Selected work
